80° in November

1–2 minutes

It was 80° today. I mentioned this to a friend in Washington state, and she straight up did not believe me. I don’t blame her; I’d be doubtful upon hearing that, too. It’s November. In South Dakota. These things just don’t happen.

And then, when I pulled into the driveway, the sky did this.

A lot of people complain about early sunsets, but when I’m able to catch stunning skies like this on my commute home, I say bring ’em on.

Still not sure if I’m writing every day this month…

    65 degrees here today…I will take that in November. The less oil I use to heat my house, the more money in my pocket. When the time comes, please just keep the snow out there.

    Oh I’d take a beautiful sunset like that every night no matter when it happened. As for daily blogging… it is work. No doubt about that.

      No doubt. The trick is not to overdo it. Sometimes, a simple pic is good enough. Exciting things don’t happen EVERY day.

    That is a gorgeous sunset. Our projected high over the next few days is 72 and I’m loving it. Going to cram in as much outdoor dining as possible!
