Established in 1916, Golden West Telecommunications provides internet, cable, and telephone service to residents and businesses across South Dakota. I was responsible for creating content for two newsletters: Horizons, mailed to approximately 33,000 subscribers, and IGGI, distributed to employees monthly via email.

Brand Storytelling

The Exchange is Golden West’s brand journalism site. It’s devoted to telling the stories of the customers and communities that make up the Golden West Telecommunications Cooperative. I was responsible for creating content on a weekly basis, alternating between feature stories, tech tips, and information on Golden West services.

Print Publications

Evergreen Media is a Rapid City-based publisher and digital marketing agency. They produce over 869,000 printed magazine copies every year. I created content for all their titles, including Black Hills Parent, Black Hills Visitor, Black Hills Bride, and other niche publications.
